I normally don't like going to the dentist, but Dr. Jeong is fantastic. He takes great care of my teeth and makes the whole process more relaxing with his funny conversations. In addition, my younger brother, who has special needs, has grown up with terrifying experiences at the dental offices, with dentists strapping him down in the seats and treating him very mercilessly. Dr. Jeong is different. He reassures my brother and makes him feel comfortable so that even though he still feels a little scared, he does not resist going to Dr. Jeong. My brother makes sure that we are going to Dr. Jeong whenever we tell him we are going to the dentist.

Ok so here's my story.. I have been a patient of this office for more than 7 years now, and every appointment I made leaves me on a smile.
Dr. Jeong and his staff are great to me all the time. They are very friendly, efficient and professional. Whether I come in for my regular cleanings or fillings to be done, they make sure that I am comfortable and that I understand the procedure.
They have the latest gadgets and technology that expedites and ensure quality care for every patient.

Finally!!!! A GREAT Dental experience! I have been to many, many dentists with the same bad luck. However, Dr. Jeong is da Bomb! I like how he tells you the plan, executes it quickly (and most importantly painlessly), and with a touch of class. (I.E. The Famous LCD's :p ) And they took care of all the billing hassles, too!

So it's been over a couple of years since I've been to a dentist, so I was out of the loop on what a dentist office looks like or feels like. The last image I had of a dentist was a waiting room with a small tv and a couple of examination rooms. When I walked into Dr. Jeong's office, was I in for a surprise. Once you walk in, you're welcomed into a nice calming waiting area, that has nice leather plus sofa's along with a large LCD tv to watch while waiting. Once you get in, he has individual exam area's that have its own LCD tv for both entertainment and dental needs. He is able to do digital x-rays and display them right in front of you, so you can get first hand look on what's going on with your teeth.
Dr. Jeong is professional and very classy. I have to say, you receive top service from this dentist from the time you walk into the dentist. Don't believe me, check it out for yourself.

This office is very nice and convenient. They are open on saturdays which is good because I have work during the weekdays. This is a nice office because they have great tools for dentistry. They also have a wonderful staff. They are very down to earth and very funny. They always tell you what they plan to do ahead of time so you don't get suprise. I really like this office because they have a xray machine that doesn't use that much radiation as to the conventional xray machine. I am always afraid of too much radiation. I agree to all the reviews for this office, I really like them and if you are looking for a GREAT dentist, give crystal dental a visit. You won't regret it!

So I'm one of those types of people who ABSOLUTELY hates going to the dentist. Maybe it's because I've had braces when I was a kid and had to be dragged there twice a year, every year for all the routine stuff. Suffice to say I never came back to them again when I moved back home from college.
Dr. Jeong, however, is the best! It's cheesy to say but I got over my fears of going to the dentist. I got referred to him by a friend and in turn referred my brother. Referrals are the only way to go when picking a dentist. So far I had 4 wisdom teeth removed (very painless), cavities re-filled with the white teeth-like filling, and routine cleanings. He's very personable and friendly and likes to chat with you if you feel chatty when he's working on your pearly whites. The office is pretty high tech as they play music and show you x-rays on a big LCD screen. Long gone are the days where you wait 15 minutes for x-rays to develop.
Another great visit with Dr. Jeong this past weekend. I went in to get my 6 months check up, and like usual, Frank greeted with me a big smile, Emylnn made sure that my teeth was spotless, and Dr. Jeong made me look flawless. Thanks again for the great experience & the toothpaste, floss, & toothbrush in the goody bag.

Dr. Jeong is cool, not your typical dentist. He is everything that a dentist should be - knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly - but he is also funny and entertaining. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends.
